The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. ”The apartment was very clean, housekeeping offered everyday was a surprise, as well as washing machine was greatly appreciated. Little things like coffee, tea, lollies, panettone and water plus bathroom accessories made the stay even more comfortable. ”The apartment is a short walk from Salerno train station and conveniently situated near multiple shops, restaurants and cafes. The cute balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and patios below. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was offered daily.
There was unfortunately a plumbing issue in the bathroom and apparent mold buildup in the ceiling corner which was visually unattractive and came with a slight odor. Host was aware and had plans to have it...

”I loved how when arriving Andrea and his mother were there to check us in, they were both so welcoming and there was no guessing how to get in or how things worked. The room was extremely clean and the location couldn't be better, a quick walk from the train, and I mean, we were across the road from the sea!
