The two-room apartment of approximately 60 sqm, located on the first floor of a charming period farmhouse, is suitable for accommodating 2 people. The harmonious spaces include a kitchenette with refrigerator, small induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The double bedroom, carefully appointed, has a TV and private bathroom with shower, WC and sink. The apartment has a splendid covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for wonderful outdoor dinners. Additional comforts include air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, Wi-Fi connection, TV (non-satellite). A covered parking space within the property completes the comfort.



The heart of the residence is the splendid 17-metre swimming pool, enriched by a hydromassage area and a bar zone, ideal for moments of relaxation or for preparing breakfast outdoors. Nearby, a refined bathroom with shower and changing room offers further convenience. The garden, carefully maintained in every detail, is an oasis of elegance: stylishly furnished, it includes a barbecue available to guests, who can choose to dine in the apartment or by the pool or on the covered panoramic terrace.
