Apartment "Casa Mallus" With Mountain View, Balcony, Garden, Terrace & Grill

Home Mallus is nestled in the picturesque landscape of Castile in south-eastern Sardinia. The holiday home has two separate flats for a total of 9 people. One of them consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The other has 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed), a kitchen and a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include fans, in each flat a television, a hairdryer, a washing machine and an iron. On the furnished and covered balcony you can enjoy the view of the landscape. The outside area of the apartment is shared with the owner and has a garden and a covered terrace with a barbecue, which invites you to enjoy social evenings. The nearest supermarket is 750m away and a pizzeria is also nearby (550m). A variety of other restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in Costa Rei, a 10-minute drive away. The beautiful white sandy beaches on the east coast of Sardinia can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. If you have had enough of lazy beach days, you can also go for a walk in the nearby mountain region of Monte dei Sette Fratelli. For those interested in history, we recommend a visit to the Museo del territorio, 10 minutes drive away, on the site of the former penal colony. It takes about one hour by car to reach the island capital Cagliari and the airport of the same name.
