Castiglion Fiorentino is a historic village between the Clanis and Chio valleys, which was inhabited by the Etruscans. Visit the fascinating Romanesque buildings in the village centre or the 16th century Vasari Loggia, from where you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. You can also go on longer excursions from here and hike through the sun-drenched fields of the picturesque Valdichiana Aretina region or discover wonderful attractions on the Via Romea Germanica. You'll also find plenty of culinary delights with excellent honey, outstanding extra virgin olive oil and delicious meat and sausage products!
