On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table and satellite TV, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A direct access from the kitchen leads out to the garden. A shower and WC are also conveniently located on this level.

On the upper floor, the layout includes a living and sleeping room featuring 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a dining table, as well as a small open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven. This floor also houses 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom contains 1 bed measuring 80 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm.
