The quiet hum of cicadas outside was the first thing I noticed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and cooking there felt easy and homey. Mornings on the terrace with coffee became a favorite moment before heading out to explore Val d'Orcia’s scenic roads. Coming back each day to this calm space helped us slow down in the best way.
