The welcome by our hosts was exceptional. We could not have been made more welcome, even the dog came to greet us. Such a wonderful place. Friendly, hospitable, comfortable. Definitely on our list of places to stay again.

Beautiful Horse property with phenomenal proprietors. The breakfast was terrific. A lovely restaurant within walking distance. An easy drive to the train station.

Fattoria Ca' di Fatino ; Wie im Namen schon, ist die Herberge ein wahrer Traum ! Unfassbar Liebenswerte Gastgeber die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und für eine Nacht zu Gast; der Perfekte Start in einen Urlaub gen Süden. Sehr empfehlenswerte unterkunft, Herzlichen Dank!

Amazing Place to stay, I wish I had more days to stay there. Titti the owner is a lovely lady, welcoming and she goes above and beyond to help. The house is clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was simple but prepared with lots of love. Totally recommend this place to stay.

l'étape local à ne pas manquer pour décompresser.
Séjour très agréable et la maitresse des lieux est toujours prête à se plier en 4 pour rendre service, parle Français, Anglais. Encore merci pour le service rendu et le petit verre de vin pour patienter.. lieu et environnement très paisible, ferme , chevaux et petit restaurant cuisine local à 2 pas du Gites. points de vue sur les montagnes imprenables.

The owners was so sweet and welcoming! And a beautiful area! Cozy restaurant just nearby where we had really good food. The comfort however was not up to standard: the double bed were very very soft and the actual duvets and linen was quite old and a bit smelly. The place was extremely noisy as well as one could literally hear the guests farting and sneezing upstairs as well as flushing the toilet. The breakfast was alright. Again the hostess was really really friendly and nice and we even got a farewell present upon check out. We would actually love to come back in the summer if the place just had better beds as the comfort of beds really mean a lot to us. As well as no noise.

The host Ti-ti is amazing. The home is in an incredible location. As the house is old, bring ear plugs for squeaky floor boards if you're on the middle level

Friendly owner!
Out in the middle of nowhere, with a view over the mountains, this little gem is hidden. The owner is a absolutely charming old lady, who lives too in the house dating back close to 800 years! There is a restaurant just a few minutes walk along the road that you might want to try out too.

Sjarmerende hotell med fantastisk vertskap.
Et fantastisk hotell på en gård midt på bondelandet. Et vertskap vi aldri har møtt maken til, og det på en positiv måte. Maken til hyggelige og serviceinnstilte mennesker skal man lete lenge etter. Som nevnt ligger dette på en gård, noe som betyr at det finnes dyr der også. Hester, hunder og katter. Men med mindre man er allergisk er dette bare hyggelig. Fine og sjarmerende rom med gjennomført gammel stil. Rent og pent overtalt. God frokost som vi fikk tilpasset etter eget ønske. Ønsker du å spise middag finnes det en restaurant bare 300 meter unna som serverer nydelig mat med tradisjonelle italienske retter laget fra bunnen. Dette hotellet anbefales på det varmeste, og vi kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake.

Piacevole soggiorno di una notte. La camera un po' sotto le aspettative, ma ampiamente compensata dalla cortesia dei padroni di casa e dalla posizione. Colazione varia e abbondante sia per chi appezza il dolce sia per chi preferisce il salato.

Dejlig familiegård. Vi følte os meget velkommen. Blev budt på kaffe i haven. Værtinden bestilte bord på den eneste resturante i området. 300 meter fra gården. Hun taler fremragende engelsk. Det er et tidligere araber stutteri, stadig med heste på foldene. Kan varmt anbefales hvis du vil bo et roligt sted. Sengen var god og morgenmaden fin.

Pictures can't do it justice! Breathtaking!!
Highly recommend!! Amazing views of the country side and only 15 min away from either Florence or Bologna! The owners are incredible people and very helpful... in every way! Can't wait to return, next time I'll plan on spending my entire vacation at that location!

This is a really unusual gem run by two lovely people who were lovely and very helpful. We were welcomed almost as part of their family and enjoyed sharing their little bit of paradise on the side of the hillside. Beautiful views. Few facilities on site apart from sitting peacefully looking at the scenery but that is very worthwhile.

sehr schön gelegens haus mit einem super freundlichem Empfang. Empfehlenswert um ein paar tage mit rad und wandern zu verbringen.

A perfect place to vacation
Superlative. The setting is magnificent, nestled in the hills with sensational sweeping views. It’s a restored 1780s farmhouse run by a Swiss-Italian couple, who treat their guests like family. More like the families on old TV shows. It’s a working farm with dozens of horses, 3 dogs, a cat, and a handful of chickens (whose fresh eggs are served every morning). Everything is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, but don’t come here looking for plush. About 200m away is an unassuming restaurant with terrific local food and good service at a reasonable price. The place is close enough to the highways to be close to lots of fantastic day trips, but far enough away to be truly rustic and relaxing. We were there for a long time and the other guests were uniformly friendly and neighborly. Definitely highly recommend.
