Villa Coco, an exclusive villa with private pool, is located along one of Etna’s wine routes not far from the town of Castiglione di Sicilia. Set on a hill, it boasts extraordinary and unique views of Mt. Etna and its volcano, the villa is an oasis of peace. It is the perfect hub for discovering the area from exploring the volcano and the nearby vineyards, to visiting popular seaside resorts such as Giardini Naxos and the town of Taormina.

The villa develops over 300 sq.m and three levels.

On the ground floor we find a large living area with two lounges, sofas and TV area, from where we can access the separate dining room and kitchen. On this level we also have one bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the first floor, we have the main sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

CLOSED OFF: On the second floor, the loft area, we find a beautiful large suite room with sofas, TV and one double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two extra beds can be added on this floor, in the suite room.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOFT AREA IS CLOSED OFF WHEN THE VILLA IS BOOKED WITH PRICE UP TO 6.

Outside, the villa has expansive gardens with beautiful views and a private swimming pool (15x5m; 0.6 – 1.5m deep; open from April 1 to October 31) with sun lounges and umbrellas. There is outdoor table with chairs for al-fresco dining and garden furniture.
