”The rooms, hot tubs and pool were very clean but the hotel smelled like feces. They are having a plumbing sewage issues. It was our favorite hotel in Yuma until now.”

”First time staying at this new hotel and everything about it was great would definitely stay again”

”I will say that the staff and the property were very good. There were a lot of other issues that occurred that made our stay… not that pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the room directly above us. We called the front desk to get them to stop, which thankfully they did. Then in the middle of the night there was a ton of yelling and talking out in the hallway that woke us up. The last thing that occurred was that around 6am, the was a fire alarm that went off and evacuated the entire hotel....

”Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.”

”It is worth the money spent for hotel accommodation”

”Great”

”I chose a room with kitchenette on purpose. To my surprise there wasn’t any cups, plates, pans etc. I requested them from the hotel lobby as adviced but never got them delivered to my room. Also do not choose this hotel unless you’re willing to listen your room neigbour’s snoring through the night.”

”Clean rooms and breakfast”

”It's a nice place”

”Dispite construction property was clean and functional. Price was pretty high for the location. Right next to the freeway. Staff were helpful.”

”This hotel is perfect great location close to shopping mall and numerous restaurants, very quiet and safe!!”

”Buen hotel para pasar la noche o un fin de semana, instalaciones limpias y trato excelente del personal de lobby y camareras. Desayuno bueno, los waffles deliciosos!”

”Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient laundry facility. What I did not like was 1) the noisy cat in the guest room next to me, and 2) the shower only had between cold and warm water.”

”Great place. Loved our 4 days.”
