”We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Shenandoah National Park! The house is very big and spacious—even more than it appears in the pictures. It’s tucked away in the mountains, offering stunning views, especially in the morning. Just be aware that the house is located off a non-paved road, so it’s best to arrive before dark, as the drive can be tricky at night.The location is very close to Luray Caverns, which made day trips super convenient. ”Such a phenomenal experience! The place is tucked away, though the woods and in the middle of pastures with horses on one side and alpacas on the other. Beautiful, secluded, quiet. ”My husband and I loved our stay at the cottage. First, we arrived after dark entrance into the cottage was easy. When entered the cottage it was truly magical. There was a beautiful Christmas tree. The large beautiful king size bed was decorated for Christmas and the bed was very comfortable. The cottage was warm and comfortable. The scenery was both pristine and fun. ”Beautiful, serene… the house is wonderful and provides privacy for 3 sets of couples with each having a bedroom and bathroom on their own level of the home. The setting is just fantastic. Great amenities!!! The only drawback is the path to the river is extremely steep and not easy to navigate. The owner did allow us to drive down the path but def need a 4 wheel drive to do so. The owners were wonderful and very responsive! ”
