”Great location, right off 95. Clean and comfortable, nice rooms. Great staff. Enjoyed our breakfast and rebooked for our return trip too! Highly recommend.”

”Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. ”

”Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”

”The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. ”

”ther was a problem with internet so I moved after unpacking in the first room only to find the internet was just as bad in the second. It would run slowly and then shut off completely”

”No pool. Elevator made sounds and shaky at times. Patched up parts of the room from repairs. Breakfast ok, has been better at other holiday inn hotels.”

”Clean room but very loud bed. Everytime i moved the noise woke me up. It was a metal base that would make a loud pop.”

”Harry is absolutely wonderful, he greets you at the front desk.He's very nice. ”

”The property needs upgrades. When i checked in at the stated check in time, the staff said my room wasnt clean and didn't know if they had any clean rooms available. I ended up waiting over thirty minutes for them to manually go floor by floor to check if they had any clean king size rooms. Not inpreesed.Wont be back. ”

”So so dirty! Left after 20 min. My daughter started itching after sitting on the bed. Mold in showers and ceiling all over the room. Will include pictures when I can. ”

”They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. ”

”Yes my dogs loved the property! When we arrived we tried to check in early and the night shift guy was very rude! I showed him that I had a reservation and he stated and I quote “ I don’t give no damn about no reservation.” But the morning crew was everything above amazing.”

”Door would not properly lock, had to ask to move to a different room. Rooms had an odor ”

”The breakfast was terrible. Noisy second floor soccer team. Tried to call desk to report and room phone was broken. Went to the desk and was told it would be taken care of. Loud noise continued for two nights after multiple complaints. We will not return. ”
