Kitchen stove top didn’t work. Laundry was out of order. People smoking in front of all doorways Would not recommend staying here.”

”We stopped on our way to CT.. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast was decent. The only problem was the rub when we showered. There was no mat or gripping in the tub and no bar inside the shower. Otherwise, a decent stay. Easy off and on to highway.”

”I stayed at Comfort Inn from Saturday through Wednesday, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was the elevators being out of service from Monday through Wednesday. Having to constantly walk up and down to the third floor was already frustrating, especially after long workdays. To make matters worse, on Monday evening when I returned from work, my room key suddenly stopped working. Since the elevator was down, I had to walk all the...

”Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

”There were paper towels stuffed in the area about the air conditioner and also paper towels stuffed in a hole above the mirror. The worst part was that there was no hot water in the shower.”
