”The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by.”

”The property needs to be updated. The building is over40 years old and it shows. The showerheads are probably the cheapest available as it's a coffee maker in the room. I don't think there's any excuse for that that said the staff was especially accommodating when my initial room was like a sauna. However, is not something I understand. I probably will stay there again given the price is very reasonable. That compared to others in the downtown area.”

”Room needed a lot of work. They evidently were remodeling so right now. Had no soap in bathroom to wash hands. No maid service while we were there. Bugs in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Didn’t eat the breakfast as they told us there was only to go bags until they get their breakfast room remodeled. ”

”I travel all over the world. I’ve stayed at everything. The Ritz Carlton to off brand Filipino hotels. And a number of Motel 6’s all over the US and other Accor properties in Europe. This place wins the prize. Dirty. Unsafe. Not remotely like the pictures. For only the second time in the last 40 years, it was so bad I left. Trash everywhere. Some unknown liquid on the floor. ”Great location. All staff but the kitchen staff fantastic. The 2 women who made breakfast were mother daughter. Mom spoke little English daughter not at all breakfast was awful both days of stay could tell not fresh precooked and reheated. The women were very rude and did not care if you were satisfied or not. Just awful. Room we stayed in was very small and did not have a closet or drawers to put clothes in. The 3 front staff members however who checked you in were exceptional. There for your...
