Hieno hotellikompleksi
Loistava hotelli jossa oma puistomainen iso piha-alue uimaaltaineen. Liikkuminen kaupungin keskustaan kävellen mahdotonta koska ei jalkakäytäväyhteyttä ja julkinen liikenne aika onnetonta. Bussit kulki harvoin ja miten sattui. Taksi tietenkin aina onnistui, Hintataso kuten Suomessa. Hieno ranta-alue mutta huonosti hoidettu sesongin ulkopuolella.

Hotelli ei ansaitse missään tapauksessa 5 tähteä! Huoneissa suoritettiin joka päivä hyönteisten ja muurahaisten myrkytystä jolloin huoneessa ällöttävä ja huumaava haju.

Viikko rantalomalla
Edullisin huone olisi voinut olla hieman laadukkaampi; hotellin taso huomioiden. Allasalue loistava, palvelu ystävällistä ja ympäristö vehreä. Muutenkin hotellin hintataso lähialueita selvästi kalliimpi, vaikka laatu ei ollut merkittävästi parempaa ruuissakaan. Lähialueilla vain muutama ravintola, ja kävelymatkan päässä ostokeskus (supermarket, jonka yhteydessä pikkuliikkeitä). Hotellin oma ranta noin 15 min kävelymatkan päässä, tai ilmaisella taksilla kyyti muutaman kerran päivässä. Myös keskustaan pääsi hotellin kuljetuksella aamulla klo 10.00 ja illalla klo. 17.00.

Catanian aurinkoa
Palvelu toimi hyvin ja ystävällisesti. Ravintolan palvelu haki vielä parastaan, mutta ruoka oli hyvää. Ainut miinus tulee sijainnista, sillä jos halusi mennä kaupunkiin, niin "ainoa" keino oli käyttää taksia. Vaikka matka ei ollut keskustaan liian pitkä, niin väliltä puuttuivat jalkakäytävät ja liikennettä oli riittävästi.

Convenient to the airport at Catania! Beautiful property with older decor in lobby and rooms. Limited menu in the restaurant with good presentation but average taste. High cost for airport transportation ($25).

Nicely design hotel in the park environment, Close to the Catania airport. Lunch was excellent, however grilled octopus for dinner was burned and not edible. When I complained to the restaurant manager I was told that this is a matter of opinion and I was charged for this non edible meal. My bill indicated free desert which not served. Restaurant manager ruined our good impression about this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had easy parking. The hotel was so much better than I expected. The front desk checked us in early. Massimo was so friendly and could answer all our questions. He have us excellent directions to return our car rental. We never would have found it without his help. The room had a patio which we enjoyed very much. I would highly recommend this hotel. However the restaurant I would not recommend. It was super expensive and the food was not very good.

Wir haben ein Classic Zimmer gebucht, Achtung nicht alle haben einen Balkon oder Terrasse. Die Möbel sind teils fast auseinander gefallen. Auf den Bildern sieht man, dass es renovierte Räume gibt, wir empfehlen direkt mindestens superior zu buchen. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, da ich aufgrund einer Fußverletzung nicht so weite Wege gehen konnte. Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und wir wurden auch umgebucht, jedoch hatten wir leider kein Glück mit einem Upgrade. Das Zimmer was wir bekamen, war dann im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse immerhin. Die Zimmerreinigung war etwas seltsam, mehrfach wurde die Seife entwendet und keine neue hingelegt, mal hatten wir Handtücher zu wenig und wenn eins aufgefüllt wurde, fehlte ein anderes. Alles in allem hat das Hotel aber eine schöne Außenanlage mit genug Platz zur Erholung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal war immer freundlich! Es gibt einen Strand in unmittelbarer nähe, ist aber sehr viel Müll überall. Ausser einer Trattoria (sehr zu empfehlen!) gibt es keine Essensmöglichkeiten, ausser im Hotel (bloß nicht ins Restaurant gehen, lieber Roomservice!). Da wir kein Auto hatten, waren wir auf den Bus angewiesen, um in die Stadt zu kommen, das ist reinstes Glücksspiel, wir haben teilweise über eine Stunde gewartet.. es gibt keine Zeiten.. Für reine Entspannung und ohne viel sehen zu wollen, ist es ein gutes Hotel.

The best hotel! 5 min drive to airport. On the beach! Very good swimming pool and free towels provided.its one of those hotels that I would leant to go back. Room was amazing and very modern.

The hotel was in a good location and easy to find. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options and tasty items. This was one of the best breakfasts we had in our 10-day trip to Sicily. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, around 10.00 pm, and the main gate was closed. There was another gate from which we needed to enter, but there were no signs or enough light to figure out the doorbell. In addition, the reception was in a different direction, but again, there were no signs to lead you to the main entrance. I would suggest they should have proper lighting and signs to lead the guests.

This property is a hidden gem. It is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The area has several businesses that are closed but it is a treasure. I will stay there again!

Beautiful hotel near the airport
A luxurious and beautiful hotel near the Catania airport. It was perfect for our stay before returning to the U.S. the next day. The front desk arranged a taxi to take us to the airport and provided a box breakfast to send us on our way.

Staff didn’t share hidden costs of extra towel for their beach club, or cost for extra water in room. This info came out when I went to pay the bill. Room was very musty.

All in all a good stay. Bathroom floor was very dirty in the corners and the balcony was covered in dirt. Room was full of damages and scratches. Refrigerator turns off when the room is left. I feel like there was a lot of information not given about the pool, pool towels, beach access etc.

Lovely stay and walkable to the centre. Food and drinks are a bit pricey in the hotel but worth it if you just want to relax by the pool or in the garden.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Pool sehr sauber und schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und erfüllten unsere Zufriedenheit. Das Frühstück war lecker, lediglich beim Rührei hätte ich mehr erwartet. Andere Eierspeisen wie Omelette kosten Geld, diese sollten jedoch bei 5 Sterne enthalten sein. Die Getränke Preise am Pool sind überzogen (kleines Bier 7€, Aperol Spritz 12€). Der Strand ist schön und für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder!

We booked this hotel for one night as our flight home was cancelled. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and very clean. The pool area was lovely. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of choice at breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend.

Love the hotel, recommend it often. But just this once, I wanted an early check-in and they said no. Even if the whole hotel needed to be cleaned that day, with advanced notice (I’d written days early), you would think they would have been accommodating.

Nunca es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Antiguo Mal mantenido Acabados pésimos Comida mala y carísima , un club sándwich a 18€! Sin patatas… Zona de la piscina mal mantenido. Nunca volveré y no debería estar en categoria de lujo. Es un verdadero Timo

Awful don't bother
Shocking Plce. Certainly not 5 star maybe 20 years ago but awful! Terrible service no electricity no water for 2 days no apologies and no compensation - shocking! Don't stay here don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Dear Rebecca,We can understand of course the situation, but it was officialized the state of Emergency in our region.In the whole region there were difficulties for days.The lack of water was only for a few hours fortunatly, respect of other people in the city centre.You can surely understand, that It does not depend on our structure or service.We have worked with our generator in order to guarantee the normal service and with a tank of water to not have problem due to the emergency. The interruption of electricity sometimes was caused to the impulses from city centre electric system, when they were trying to repair the problems in the City.We are really sorry for the inconveniences, and we really hope you will accept to give us the possibility to host you again, but like we usually do, with our best services.We remain at your disposal and offer you ourBest regards

Hotellet i sig är helt ok, bra poolområde med lite folk. Rummen stora och vi hade egen terass. AC fungerade dåligt, vi fick ringa receptionen otaliga ggr då man inte kunde reglera AC på rummet. Hotellets läge är inte bra, taxi krävs för att ta sig någonstans. Personalen på hotellet inte de trevligaste. Frukosten var ändå helt ok. Men overall skulle jag inte bo här mer än några nätter.
