Ideal for 5 people, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and split-system A/C;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, dresser, and split-system A/C;

- BEDROOM III with a single bed and split-system A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating via heat pumps, split-system air conditioning (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The accommodations are located on the raised first floor of a building—there are a few steps leading to the entrance.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EUR 25

From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 30

Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for a fee.



Airbnb automatically collects the tourist tax. Please note that you should request an exemption directly from Airbnb if you are a resident of Catania or if you have children under the age of 16, as in those cases you are not required to pay it.



In the event of improper waste disposal in violation of the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a fine of €150 will be charged.
