The two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, 32 "Android TV with free Netflix streaming, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and wireless internet connection. In the surroundings there are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the famous fish market of Catania.

The rental apartments are managed in a non-business form, without offering centralized services and granted with a real estate lease contract for tourist purposes pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, L.431 / 98.

You can park your car in a private garage, not managed by us, about 350 meters from the apartment for an additional daily fee.
