”This is a class act. Everything is well thought out. The staff could not have been more helpful. It really is a boutique hotel and you feel like family. The toiletries were excellent and well packaged. The dishes for the breakfast were charming. The bed and shower were great. It is very quiet. It is truly amazing to find such quality located in a rental car parking lot. But it is totally convenient.”

”We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. ”We booked a "Triple room" through Expedia. The description stated (and still does) that "The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - midnight." Well, there was no front desk at all. It is a hole in the wall. After calling their phone number and dealing with two people who showed up in person but did not speak English and one more who spoke a kind-of understandable English on the phone, we got their "Basic room" because the "Triple room" already paid for was not available. It was too late to look...

”I only stayed one night, location close to airport and the central railway station was great. The woman in reception was very friendly and helpful! Only negative thing was a nightclub (I guess that’s what it was) close by, a little difficult to sleep with loud music. But I understand it’s not the hotel’s fault! :)”

”The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning.”

I wouldn't recommend to eat at the cafe, the food was expensive and not good.
We didn't try the restaurant, so I don't know about that.
It's good to know that there aren't anything nearby (grocery stores etc), so it's pretty much the pool, restaurant and the beach.”
