”I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience.
The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit.

”Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it.
Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast.
Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor.
Lots of noise coming from restaurant.
Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.”
