”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

”It’s a nice hotel and a great location. The staff was super nice and friendly especially Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and were comfortable. I did not like the prices for parking and that the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. For those reasons I will not be staying again. ”

”Room was cleaned . Carpet with stains. Ice machine on my floor was broken. Daily breakfast with same items. Staff are professional. Location is ok. No public transportation. Gas stations within 2 miles. Starbucks within walking distance. Pub within a mile walk. ”

”Stay was okay. The rooms are beautiful. However, the housekeeping team needs to do better, there were hair everywhere in the bathroom when I checked in.”

”Hotellissa oli remontti kesken ja se aiheutti jonkin verran ääntä ja häiriötä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, mutta välillä joutui odottamaan. Huoneeseen piti kuulua aamupala, mutta se osoittautui kahviksi, muffinsiksi ja keksipatukaksi, Huoneessa ollut minikeittiö oli kätevä. Hinta-laadulta kallis. In the middle of renovation, so it was sonetimes noisy. Friendly staff but have to wait for them sometimes. Told there is breakfast but it turned out to be coffee, muffin and cookie bars. Little...

”Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, huone oli sopivan kokoinen ja kylpyhuone oli siisti. Aamupala ok. Kävellen pääsi lähellä olevalle ostoskeskukselle ja pääkadulle. Very friendly staff, room was ok and bathroom was neat. Breakfast was ok. Location was good, walking distance from near shopping center and main street.”
