”+ Good, clean room. + Polite staff. Efficient service. - Crowded parking. Barely found the last spot at night. But seems street parking's good too. - No sound privacy. Could hear neighbor coughing from inside their room across the hall. - The key card doesn't work on the 3rd floor outside entrance. Gotta enter from the 1st or 2nd floor door. . Fair price, considering its moderate proximity to several top attractions: Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Custer SP, and Crazy Horse. $143/night.”

”Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

”the room, property was dirty. for instance the room was not vacuumed. the bathroom shower curtain was filthy. towels very thin. breakfast room very small, did not get a chance to eat there as no room. it just needs a good scrubbing and updating.”

”This was the perfect place to explore Custer, Wind Cave and mammoth site. The staff was great and our kids loved seeing all the deer and rabbits outside the room every day. We will definitely be back.”

”The room was stinky and had a high-pitched ringing noise that we never could figure out or eliminate. The breakfast room was so small that it only accommodated a small amount of people nothing close to the size of the hotel. The hot tub and pool water was cloudy.”

”We rolled into town late, it was easy to reserve a room online and they were expecting us when we arrived. Room was clean and great for a quick night of sleep. Location is perfect being walkable to shop and restaurants. Breakfast was good - lots of options hot & cold. Overall this location works if you are looking for fancy.”
