”Douglas’ property is as advertised- convenient, clean and comfortable. Douglas was welcoming and exceptional at communicating. Our group of 7 adults of friends and family loved the condo and we will check it’s availability the next time we ski at Holiday Valley.”

”We were a group of 16, from the huge entryway/ mud room that easily accommodated everyone’s gear to the beautiful kitchen dining area that had everything you could possibly want . The living area had a huge couch that was great for our large group. The bunk room was a hit with the kids, again spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were beautifully done and stocked with all you need. It’s minutes from downtown Ellicottville with great views. Would highly recommend!!! ”

”My husband and I stayed in Tiny Cabin 4 with our doodle. It served as our “base camp” while we skied and visited the local shops and restaurants in Ellicotville. Checkin was easy and the property was very well maintained. I would strongly recommend guests bring slippers or heavy socks as the floors in the winter are very cold. ”
