”Great size for a group trip, close to all, lots of room and good communication from host”

”I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. ”It was a nice space in a good location. However, the listing is misleading. I wouldn’t exactly call it 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is its own room with a door. There is a common living area with a couch, sink, and kitchenette that also has a bed in it. This would have been nice to know as my group was expecting two separate bedrooms. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions and had to send multiple messages and call after my check-in time to figure out how to check in. ”

”The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.”
