”Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”

”I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seaside Park.The accommodations are excellent for a person, like me, who cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was clean, in working order, and set up as shown. Not only was there an immaculate indoor shower, but an outdoor shower that was a big plus when coming back from the beach sandy. The outdoor grill worked great! I enjoyed dining al fresco nightly on the lovely outdoor patio set. The location was ideal for me! I love going to Island Beach State...

”Location Location Location. This place is great!! 2 blocks from the end of the boardwalk. Property was super clean!! Only downside is parking can be a little tough to find at times. Overall I give this place a 5 star!! Also the host Micheal was super responsive with any questions we had!!!”

”The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!”

I was a little concerned about being the back unit of an attached/shared property; however, the other guests were lovely and respectful. The host was quick to respond with any questions. ”This place is perfect, perfect area,perfect space its the best stay ive had in a long time now I can not say the same for seaside heights NJ it's being stripped from all its charm beach feel cops absolutely everywhere no party no one seemed to be happy or free to enjoy themselves, I have never seen it so dead there”

”The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.”
