The cozy, well-furnished "Tenuta Naiano Leonardo" apartment is located in a rural area outside Cavaion Veronese, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, just a short drive from Lake Garda.



In winter, heating is available for an extra fee based on consumption.



The 70 m² first-floor apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, and cable TV. A high chair is available on request.



The spacious outdoor area, shared with the upstairs apartment, offers beautiful vineyard views and a lush garden with dining table and lounge furniture—perfect for relaxing under umbrellas, playing table tennis, or enjoying evenings with a glass of wine and barbecue dinners.



From the apartment, you can explore the region and reach Verona and the international airport in about 30 minutes by car (20-30 km). Venice is 90 minutes away by car, or 150 km from the property.



Parking is available. Pets are allowed; the first is included, while an extra fee applies for the second and third pet. Dogs must be friendly and well-behaved. Bed linen and towels are included.



Wine, olive oil, and Bellora brand tastings can be arranged at the Bellora Wine Shop in the estate’s inner courtyard. Reservation required.
