Asunnot – Cayey

”Great stay here, we slept and relaxed. It’s onto of a mountain to be prepared for a shocking drive. Beautiful surroundings once you’re there. Can get a bit noisy from the street. Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!”

”Great price, great communication and details on getting to the property, and had everything we needed. I absolutely loved the private outdoor space, we spent most our time out there enjoying the mountain breeze and listening to nature. Thanks for a great stay!”

”House was exactly as pictured. Location was in an adorable area but a little far up in mountains. No complaints. A/C worked well, water pressure fantastic and all amenities worked!”

”Need a little tender clean, need schedule a exterminator. Ceiling on top of stove is dropping termite grounds (is not coffee). Communication was ok. Need to put a sign on front of the bathroom "watch you step" (to prevent fall) for safety. AC work fantastic. Walking distance to Plaza, stores, rest, mini market, Pharmacy, and coffee & Pubs. Host was friendly and professional. Driving distance to beachs, hospital and historic places. Don't know where trash is collected so I left at behind the...

”It was a great place”

”El mejor local que visitado gracias mil”

”Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

”The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”

”From check-in to check-out, the hosts were absolutely outstanding. No matter when I reached out, whether it was a quick question in the morning or something that came up late at night, they responded promptly and with genuine warmth. It never felt like I was bothering them. They made me feel like my comfort was always a priority. What really set them apart was how well maintained the space was. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and in great working order. It was clear they take real...
