”The property was very close to the beach and other activities. We had a parking spot for our rental car. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. Although only the bedroom was air-conditioned, the air conditioner work well. Bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Also have the host give you the gps pin/coordinates as Google maps didn't like the address given.”

”The room did its job! We had a place to stay close to the beach, Old San Juan, El Morro, etc.”

”If you want a peaceful , close to beach, beach view and well maintained property then look no further. This place has everything if you want to unwind. This place has a beach view and if needed you can just walk over to the inviting ocean. This place also had a swimming pool that my kids loved. There were friendly guards and gated community so it never felt unsafe. The place came with enough beach gear that we used all of it during our stay. The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms...

”We had a wonderful trip, the penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way! And the customer service and information that was provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We looked everywhere for a truly beachfront location and finally found this one and it was perfect. We basically had a private beach to ourselves. We'll definitely return. ”

”I stayed five nights in the efficiency single bed unit, it was perfect for a solo trip. Very secure property on a pretty street. Close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. I can’t say enough good things about the owners, specifically how responsive and personable they are.”
