”The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically. ”

”The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. ”Arnold was the ultimate hosts. The listed property was just as he described and more. The view from the patio is gorgeous! Arnold responded immediately with any questions and even sent a repair person for a minor fix. The rooms were so comfortable and the whole apartment was pristinely prepped for our arrival. The beach right in our backyard was gorgeous. There were many food options right in the neighborhood.”

Only negative was a bit difficult check in procedures for initially entering the property. Also, although posting describes this as about an 18 minute walk from the airport, do not attempt this as you will run out of sidewalk about a mile into your stroll. ”The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search “Miranda beauty” that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find...

”This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils).
