Asunnot – San Juan

”Everything that was requried and clean”

”The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The...

”I actually loved it. It’s in a gated community. Also gated to enter the space. It is connected to another apt so have to be respectful if someone is renting or living there. No disturbance and quiet neighborhood! So close to everything! Beach is a 4 min walk. Laplacita and old San Juan are 10-15 min drive if that. The host checked on me when I seen them and let me check out later due to later flight. They were very friendly. Good air conditioning clean space real up to date interior. No...

”The room is exactly as promoted. The toilet has enough of a small space for you just to sit. You don’t need to go out to party because you can hear the people from the downstairs signing. I was not worried about I thought for me was nice and cozy. The check in and out was excellent.”

”The place was great in a great location beaches down the street restaurants are all around. If we needed something we would call and then get right back to us. Other than the parking we were told we weren't allowed to park in front of the building but there was several cars parked there and we have the email to prove it there was a minor hiccup the last day and a half that we were there there was a foul smell apparently coming from another apartment”

”Everything was great I would definitely book again. The place was so comfortable and cozy. Staff was great communication with everything I would definitely book again. I recommend booking here.”

”It was my first time in Puerto Rico and this place was amazing, it was right next to the beach, a cute little beach bar, walking distance to cute little shops nightlife etc. The property was clean and communicated well. The guards were all friendly. The only downfall was the water rationing, but luckily the property had a water supply on a schedule so it wasn't that bad.”
