Welcome to our modern and chic Cayucos cottage studio!

Perched upon the hillsides of southern Cayucos, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views of Estero Bay and Harmony Headlands, from your private patio space or your newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, stocked with all the cooking essentials you need!

This cottage is dog friedly with easy access to nearby trails and beach access.

The Space
This space is an ideal fit for two. The cottage includes two dedicated parking spaces - one snug driveway spot and a convenient street parking space just steps from the entrance. Guests are welcome to use the EV charger upon request.

As you enter our newly renovated modern yet cozy, bright cottage, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the kitchen and living space, while cozying up next to the electric fireplace. Our living room is the perfect space to relax while reading next to the fire or watching your favorite TV programs in the plush modern leather lounge chairs. A fully stocked, state-of-the-art, kitchen with new appliances, and a convenient washer/dryer combo provide the perfect space to cook any meal. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee (or locally provided tea) at our kitchen table for two, out at the bistro table on the front patio, or take it to go while walking your pup down to beach!

Turning to the bedroom space, enjoy the convenient Murphey Bed setup, allowing for a super cozy and comfortable sleep at night, yet maximing space during the day. Turn on the in-suite electric fireplace to take the chill out of the coastal air, while relaxing and ending your day. The studio offers a bathroom conveniently located next to the bedroom space and features a spacious rain shower with a modern aesthetic.

Stepping out to your front patio, enjoy your own private modern succulent garden space, backdroped with ocean views. From the patio space you are only minutes away to nearby trail heads, spanning to dozens of miles of open space and only a short walk to nearby dog-friendly beach entrances. We live on the property above the cottage with our dog and are generally available in case guests require anything. The cottage is located under the top unit’s deck, but does not share any walls.

Guest access
Parking - Please park in the designated parking space in the driveway next to the cottage. If additional parking is needed, there is a convenient oversized street parking space in front of the cottage that is available on a first come, first serve basis.
