”No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm. Very disappointing. Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc”

”Vilkkaan kadun varrella, iso ostoskeskus 15min kävelymatkan päässä. lentokentälle 30-60 min liikenteestä riippuen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone iso ja kaikki toimi, nettiyhteys tosin hieman kiukutteli. Hotelli voisi tarvita pientä ehostusta, kuluminen näkyy huoneissa.”

”Staff were pretty much helpful as possible, and more importantly always happy to help. I think that location is in great distance of airport, and there is Mall right next to hotel.”

”Staff were attentive and excellent throughout our stay. The food was okay overall, but the evening buffet was disappointing for the price — at ₱1,800 per person, it didn't offer good value. The property is starting to show its age and could benefit from some maintenance. ”Everything is good room and all the amenities is good apart from the breakfast not much option and variety to choice it’s all they same food all the time, very cold the food as well, for the charge about the breakfast is not worth it spend it.And the wifi is very slow on and off as well. The hotel is in a great location, central to a lot of things as far as malls and markets go. And the surrounding area is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and friendly”

”Yksi yö 34.kerros,upeat näkymät. Kaunis huoneisto. Osa hotellialueeseen on asukkaille maksullista. Aamiainen oli hyvä”

”Definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at in the Philippines. The hotel looked similar to the hotels in Las Vegas, most likely because it also housed a casino. I stayed in one of the premiere rooms with access to the private lounge on the top floor. The treatment by the lounge staff was deserving of the status of a 5 star hotel as it allowed all of our needs to be handled by the separate concierge staff in the lounge instead of the front desk downstairs. The breakfast inside...
