”オーシャンビューの部屋プランで予約したものの、1階の部屋に通され、目の前はオーシャンWingのロビー車寄せになっており、ガーデンもそこまで見えない状況でした（車寄せの騒音は気にならず）。 食事にGrab配達（日本のUber eatsのようなもの）を多用しており、食事の受取場所であるオーシャンロビーからほど近く、何かとロビーに用があり利便性がよかったことと、海とプールとキッズパークにアクセスが非常に良かったため、部屋の交換を交渉しませんでしたが、これらの利便性がなければオーシャンビューに変更すべきところでした。 スタッフは全員とても親切で、連れて行ったキッズたちを歓迎してくれました。”
