They were doing some rehab so the property and stairwells were dirty. The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Ran out of coffee and milk at breakfast.

Laundry facilities were convenient. The host was contactable and check was a breeze. Beautiful home, wonderful placement in Omaha! Enjoyed our stay! The kitchen could have some more utensils but overall no concerns from me :)
