”First off they gave me a key to an occupied room. Luckily there was a banner on door i didnt use the key. They mislabeled the key holder. But gentelman could have cared less. They advised room was remodeled as they where going through a remodel. It was not. Bar of soap was left in bathroom from previous guest used. Maybe all had to do with construction but not my best experience.”

When mentioning my concerns with the front desk staff I was just told that’s “just how it is”. I wished I had picked another hotel the whole time staying here.”

”At the time of check-in, I discovered that there was no parking to be found around the hotel. I found a temporary parking spot and went inside the hotel. I inquired at the front desk where should I park since the lot was full? I was directed to park at this hotel's overflow parking at the Indigo Parking lot. Which I did as instructed.
The next morning I went to retrieve my vehicle from the Indigo Parking lot only to discover an awful surprise. Someone vandalized my vehicle by smashing in the...
