I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before without a vehicle, but this was my first time driving—and I was honestly surprised by how complicated the parking process is. Guests are required to take a ticket just to enter the parking lot, and the steps to exit are unnecessarily time-consuming.
To leave the parking lot, you have to get your ticket validated, then drive to the plaza next to the hotel to obtain a second ticket from customer service. After that, you must take both tickets to a payment machine in order to exit. It’s a very inconvenient and frustrating process.
Additionally, if you don’t plan to use your car during your stay, you still have to drive in and out of the parking lot every 24 hours just to renew your ticket. This adds an extra layer of hassle that really detracts from the overall experience.
