”We had cockroaches in the room”

”Wonderful staff food room and convenient ferry location for onward journeys - highly recommend!”

”Good stay at Port Blair”

”Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we...

”The facility was very sweet, they packed us breakfast at 6am since we had a flight to board.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The room was spotless, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, and everything was well maintained. The host was warm, kind, and made us feel right at home. A special thank you for the freshly made South Indian breakfast before we left. It was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you for your...

”The rooms was big enough, comfortable and everything was clean. The owner was very nice and helped us with everything we need. ”

”Good property. Very near to airport. Very affordable . No negatives ”

”What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.”

”Mine booking was cancelled by hotel a prior day to checkin. I was not informed or asked before cancellation and at 2 am in morning when I was deep sleeping, I received call from hotel.com and told that my booking is cancelled. Hence 1st worst was the cancellation of booking by hotel at last moment and 2nd is the customer care of Expedia or hotel.com who waste your time by pulling you in long calls and ultimately with no resolution. I will advise to book through better competitors like MakeMyTrip...

”The hotel is terrible. It’s not a dream palace, it’s a nightmare palace. The bathrooms were so dirty. The bed had bugs, ants, cockroaches. The toilet seat was missing from one room. They trick you into getting non ac rooms. This property should be removed from Expedia. It’s ruining the reputation.”

”We arrived at Andaman Castle on the recommendation of friends and booked a delux room. Firstly we were told we had no booking, then we were told that he had not booked the half board. We were shown to our room when this was sorted , it smelled dirty and damp and had blood on the pillows, the cleaner insisted it was fine-and it was only nail polish!! They told us there was nothing else available, but when we insisted they changed room-not much better but it had a patio door to open and air out...

”Not good, bad”
