”The hotel was right next to the train station, so very convenient as a base for travelling in the area as we did. The city is so small that the walk to the bus station (where buses to e.g. the gower peninsula leave), the quadrant shopping centre or the restaurant cluster is no problem. There are a few small convenience stores close to the hotel, which were open til late, and the 24h tesco (not sundays) was also within walking distance. Overall a nice and clean base.”

”It was perfectly located with nice views over the marina and pedestrian bridge. Spacious, well equipped. Check in was straightforward. Staff pleasant. We are likely to stay there again.”

”Had some issues however Mike, the manager, took care of everything and made my stay very good. I really appreciated his help! I would stay again thanks to Mike's attitude and wanting to make things good for all his guests ”

”Huge room - well and comfortably furnished Bathroom well equipped as was the tea/coffee facilities . Pleasant bar and breakfast (Continental only provided) was pretty good - although would benefit from more ambitions bread options rather than just sliced! Overall excellent and would recommend.”

”We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people.”

”The parking lot needs repaving!!! It is horrendous. For reals. The exterior is a bit shabby. The lobby is spectacular. The room was big and comfy. Please remove all carpet; it is a disgusting health hazzard. Otherwise, room interior and WC was very pleasent. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi nice. Lovely atrium. Staff nvery nice. Had a bit of a problem with food services woman who didn't know we had already paid. It is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants...
