We have room with terrace and would hope, that there were chairs and table, it would have been nice to sit there in evenings. Restaurant was okey, we ate there two times. Staff was friendly.â

Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card. âThe rooms were large and comfortable. The view I was given was straight to an abandoned building manifested with rats. That was pretty brutal for a "premium" room.
The room itself was the best I had in Bali, out of 4 different hotels in similar price range. If you're looking to stay in this area, overall I'd recommend this hotel.
The person who checked me in wasn't particularly nice, which felt weird in Bali where everyone is always supernice.

Aamupala on hyvÀ. SÀnky natisi niin paljon, ettÀ aina herÀsi, kun toinen kÀÀnsi kylkeÀ. Ei todellakaan ole 5 tÀhden hotelli, pikemminkin 3 tÀhteÀ, maksimissaan 4 tÀhteÀ. Remontoimalla tÀmÀn hotellin saisi upeaan loistoon!
Sijainti on todella hyvÀ ja kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ on paljon ravintoloita ja Kutan ranta.

"The hotel's location is inconvenient, on a one-way street requiring long taxi detours, which is problematic with Bali's heavy traffic. Walking is also difficult due to busy roads and poor sidewalks. The hotel itself doesnât offer much, so youâll likely want to leave often.
The rooms are decent but not great. The air conditioning blowing ice-cold air even when set to the warmest temperature. For the price, better options are available.
Hotel pricing for food and services is high.
Advertised as having a playground and a children's pool, the reality was disappointing. The playground was a small room behind the smoking area, with no separate ventilation, so smoke easily filled the space. There was no dedicated children's pool, only a shallow section of the main pool, which looked dirty. The courtyard was also not stroller-friendly.
We complained about the smoke and the lack of a proper children's pool, as these didnât match the description. When we asked to shorten our stay from six to four nights, the hotel refused to change the booking after check-in, forcing us to find other accommodations while still paying for this hotel.
I wouldnât recommend staying here. If you do book, make separate reservations to allow for easier cancellation."
