”We had a fantastic stay, the room was very nice, food was delicious and all the staff was very friendly - Bonus for us, we could converse in Welsh with them.”

”Beautiful location”

”The heating in our room wasn't working when we arrived but it was sorted whilst we had supper which was great. The information on the website needs to be changed to say that there is no parking and directions to the nearest car parks added. Other than that, a pleasant room and nice food both in the bar and at breakfast.”

”Fab place to stay friendly staff good breakfast and nice room everything you need nice and relaxing 2 days before going to a wedding”

”Really nice”

”Nice clean and include breakfast which total value of money.”

”IT WAS OK FOR 1 NIGHT”

”The stay was so pleasant. The cottage is located in lovely location and it has all the amenities needed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shop was within 15 minutes drive from the cottage. Will definitely recommend this cottage. Thanks from Anita”

”We feel so welcomed and really the host was very kind and humble and supportive. Lovely wonderful peaceful place .”

”Very comfortable room with fridge, big shower, really friendly staff”

”Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

”Situated on a very quiet road . Steep steps to mezzanine bedroom. Very comfortably furnished and well equipped. Stylish with attractive garden. Enjoyed our stay.”

”Properly was nice and central to the town. Activities in walking and driving distance. Only downside is they dont want dogs upstairs but do not provide a gate on the stairs. Having to make a makeshift block not easy.”

”We couldn't lock the front door all week! The key would not turn. We tried to contact the host but never heard from them. This made the holiday very stressful. The tv did it work either which was annoying. The water pressure in the ensuite shower was really poor making it unusable. The cottage could be so lovely but it feels uncared for and the owner is impossible to contact.”

”Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. Nicely situated geographically with a lovely view of the sea from the front facing windows (the only windows unfortunately) and front door. Unfortunately, a public footpath goes straight past your only windows and front...
