”We didn’t have a lot of time in Bacalar and wanted to stay by the lake somewhere relaxed. Amainah was nice and comfortable new hotel with beautiful views. All the staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Jonathan and others in the restaurant. We were happy with our choice to stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. ”

The room (a junior suite) was kind of nice but very impractical: there were no closets or drawers to put the clothes and other stuff into, no desk or chairs in the room, there was no internet in the room and even in the main building it was very slow, the TV had no TV channels and there were ants in our room.”
