”Good location. Pool Area and room like pictures. BUT I wouldn't recommend this Classic suite to anyone. It is in street level, in front of the reception. It's not soundproof at all, you basically hear everything from the pedestrians' steps to traffic noise straight to the room day n night. So no "view to city", you cannot open the windows/door because it is ground level. Also AC wasn't working properly in this room. Staff was friendly, but info about water problems beforehand would have been...

”Traditional and convenient place to stay in Valladolid centre. The swimming pool and nice restaurant are good reasons to book this hotel. We enjoyed the charming old building but the room (cheapest room type) could definitely benefit from renovation, especially the bathroom. Hot water in the shower was a hit and miss. ”

”We had a great three night stay at Hotel Real Hispano. It is a beautifully renovated old building right in the heart of Valladolid just metres from the main square. Very convenient location and you surprisingly don’t hear the road traffic outside. The pool and surrounding restaurant is great - nicely laid out and perfect for cooling off. ”The girl at the check-in desk was absolutely charming. She was so accommodating. She accompanied us to check that the rooms were to our liking. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to use the futon, but that was our issue. A few bugs on the floor which is to be expected in Mexico. Darling location and they shut the gate at night which made us feel very secure. Loved this experience!”

”The construction work on the hotel is not finished. The main facilities are nice and reworked but some areas especially next to breakfast area is still incomplete. Hotel fences are left without final finish which does not match with the general appearance. The neighborhood is full of stray dogs (barking during night time ) and there was loud traffic noise on the night time. It seems that the concept require still some work.”
