”Overall it was what I was looking for, something close to the Golden Nugget Casino , Great staff .. the room had a certain smell, maybe from the carpet. And the ac unit a clattering noise made it difficult to sleep. But location perfect.”

”I got to the OYO in Sulphur,La. On July 30th and was told that there was no rooms available. I said I had a reservation and the clerk was rude in the way she spoke to me and told me she needed to see the address. I pulled the up the Email up on my phone and she was on the phone with someone speaking in her native tongue and I had to wait to show her the email with the address and the confirmation that I had she said the only room she had was a room with four beds and she could let me have that...

”I loved the amenities inside our room. We were in a nice location close to everything. I will definitely stay there again. Only problem I had was the bed could have been more comfortable”

”The staff was helpful, but I wish that there had been more front desk staff available. We had 4pm check in, but didn't arrive until 5:30pm. At that time, we had 3 rooms that we had reserved (preferably all next to each other). They did let us know that they did not have 3 rooms next to us at the time, but we if we were okay with being split up, we could have a room. We were told that 2 of the 3 were ready. It was about another hour to hour and a half before the third room was ready.”

”I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but after spending the last week and a half at this hotel for business, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking situation at this property is completely unacceptable. The hotel has allowed utility trucks and vehicles with trailers to monopolize the regular guest parking areas, leaving customers with nowhere to park. As a woman traveling alone, I have on more than one occasion been forced to park more than three blocks away...
