”I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but after spending the last week and a half at this hotel for business, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking situation at this property is completely unacceptable. The hotel has allowed utility trucks and vehicles with trailers to monopolize the regular guest parking areas, leaving customers with nowhere to park. As a woman traveling alone, I have on more than one occasion been forced to park more than three blocks away...

”Good price”

”The elevator didn’t work no key for the room had to be walked to the room every time we walked out ice machine did not work had to buy my own ice. Went to check out and they said we never checked and it was no-show.. worst place I’ve ever stayed. Didn’t get to use the pool either. door was locked to the pool. Don’t ever stay here..”

”The property had exposed electrical light switches. There were holes on the wall. The bath tub was peeling. The air conditioner was leaking. The property was the worst location I have ever been to in my life”

”I loved the amenities inside our room. We were in a nice location close to everything. I will definitely stay there again. Only problem I had was the bed could have been more comfortable”

”Overall it was what I was looking for, something close to the Golden Nugget Casino , Great staff .. the room had a certain smell, maybe from the carpet. And the ac unit a clattering noise made it difficult to sleep. But location perfect.”

”The staff was helpful, but I wish that there had been more front desk staff available. We had 4pm check in, but didn't arrive until 5:30pm. At that time, we had 3 rooms that we had reserved (preferably all next to each other). They did let us know that they did not have 3 rooms next to us at the time, but we if we were okay with being split up, we could have a room. We were told that 2 of the 3 were ready. It was about another hour to hour and a half before the third room was ready.”
