”This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. ”Did not use business facilities. The room was not really clean, the bathroom floor had the previous guest hair and a contact lens in the floor. No trash bags in any of the trash containers.
