The rooms at this hotel are nicely appointed — the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is great. However, we specifically chose this hotel for its pool, as we were visiting at the end of July. The photos made the pool appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, it’s quite small given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates.
Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the pool during our 5-day stay. It was consistently overcrowded, and there were no available chairs or even space to put our belongings.
Another major disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned once throughout our stay. When we inquired, we were told that housekeeping is only provided every other day — something that was not communicated to us in advance. Even with that policy, our room was not serviced at all during our visit.
