    Rest Easy! Located in Aspen Creek in Broken Arrow, this location is the perfect escape to main street America. Under two miles from historic down town broken arrow and Rose District! Private entrance through attached garage keeps you out of the Oklahoma Weather. Enjoy a wide selection of coffee and settle in to relax to a movie, or gear up on the free Wi-fi to get all your work done. Either way this property's amenities are sure to accommodate your needs!

    Washer and Dryer available with detergent provided. Feel free to utilize the kitchen with cookware and cutlery provided. Various Board games, Netflix and other basic streaming services provided as well. Need fresh air? Take advantage of the backyard by grilling out or take a walk around the quiet neighborhood!

    I will be available by phone or email anytime and generally respond to the property within the hour.

    Calm and peaceful middleclass neighborhood. minutes from the Rose District, Downtown Broken Arrow, Rhema Bible College, Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center, and so much more!!!

    When we arrived at the property we had not received the code. We had to contact them. They said there was a system issue. I was on the phone with the property manager while unlocking the door and let him know the house smelled of smoke. After several texts and me telling him we had allergies they brought some fabreeze and glade plug ins. The pull out sleeper sofa had a sign saying temporarly out of service. We could never find the TV remote ( not big tv watchers so not a huge deal). I did not connact the manager about the bed or remote since he sent me so many texts and was slightly rude when i complained about the smoke smell.

    the house was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable
    the property manager was very nice and very helpful the main issue was the beds. We had 4 people in the home but only 2 coffee cups were provided, no a big issue we went and bought new cups

    Great Place, Great Location, Great Host!
    My sister and I stayed at Jeri's place for one night as we were passing through the Tulsa area. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a nice back yard for my dog. Jeri was the epitome of the perfect host, always keeping in touch with me in a timely manner. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to anything and everything you would need (especially Merritt's Bakery!). We would definitely stay here again.

    We rented this home because it fit our needs. Mom needed to sleep in a recliner (and hotels don't have recliners) My sister and I slept in the beds. Truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful with letting us in early so mom could have her nap. The only thing I can suggest is updating the beds. Both beds really squeak.
