”Breakfast lacked normal items like cream cheese, very little egg left when I was eating breakfast and very limited selection on tea (normal black tea not available. The control of temperature in the bedroom was complicated and, maybe, was not working properly. This facility did not match the standards of a normal Hyatt facility.”

”We enjoyed the clean room, the inside bike racks, and the well thought out bathrooms. The outdoor area was well maintained and fun. The staff were very communicative and helpful throughout. We had no issues with our stay and would happily stay again.”

”We were unable to stay in the Bentonville, Arkansas location. There was yellow tape all across the entrance and no signs directing people where to check in. Drove around back still no indication where to check in. It made me extremely uncomfortable and decided to stay somewhere else. There should be an indication as to where one goes to check in and should be mentioned upfront that it is under construction.”
