”We checked into our room to find the previous guests food, key cards, trash on the floor, and hair still on the bed. We immediately went to the front desk who said it would be take care of. House keeping arrived within minutes, we put all of our bags in a corner of the room and left to go to our ball game, expecting to come back to a freshly cleaned room. This was not the case. We got back around 10 pm to find the only thing house keeping had done was changed the bed. The previous guests food,...

”Helpful, friendly staff. Great bed. Dog friendly. Great location. Reasonable price. Older property that has been well maintained but is showing its age. Like most other “breakfast included” hotels, the morning meal was adequate, but not impressive. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.”

”I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

”Great location. Large lobby with comfortable seating, library-like feel. Breakfast buffet for $15.99 included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal. Fresh coffee in lobby. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious. Beds were plush. Bathroom was not cramped. Although we didn’t have time to use the facilities this trip, the pool and workout room looked great! Would definitely stay here again!”

”The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.”

”The location is perfect for walking a few blocks to the square, where there’s lots of fun restaurants, shops and a farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. We also walked the trail to Crystal Bridges, which was lovely. The breakfast Sunday morning was delicious, and our room was very nice. You can tell the owners pay attention to detail and care for their guests. We would highly recommend.”
