”THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!
Elisha and Eni are literally angels!!
Our flight from DFW was cancelled. So we missed our checkin time by a long shot. They were so compassionate and accommodating. They allowed us to come anyway. We were exhausted.
The hot tub and indoor pool is nice!
Later, Lilly at the front desk was just as nice as Eni and Elisha.

”Got in around 6pm for a 6am flight the next day. Sat down in the lobby and ordered door dash for my daughter and then we ordered from the on site restaurant (that is not separate from the lobby.) Before our food came out the restaurant manager? came over, without telling our server, and told us we needed to move because we couldn’t have outside food in the lobby/restaurant. ”Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind.

”We were unexpectedly given a handicapped room right by the lobby. I should have been given the type of room I requested. This location was noisy. I had reserved months in advance and expected the regular room I wanted. The bed was very low to the ground which was a bit strange. ALso the bathroom had a walk in shower which I could see would be great for someone who needed it, but the dispensers were so low on the wall. And the area around the sink was practically nonexistent. I hate it when...

”I had a room on the third floor, and it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well despite the fact that I normally need a fan to sleep and forgot to bring one. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I was easily able to get an extension in the morning, which I ended up not needing. Unfortunately, I did not have time to sample the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.”
