”We enjoyed everything about our stay at this cottage. So cozy and comfortable We found everything we needed . Even found beach chairs. Host was so nice to communicate with. If you’re looking for a charming cottage in a great location this is it! The only thing we wanted that was not there was a couple of wine glasses. ”

”I loved staying in the boathouse! It was just what I needed for my writing retreat. Sitting on the dock with my morning coffee, taking a swim or going out in the kayak--it was all so refreshing and rejuevenating. Unplugging from TV and wifi took a minute, but it was so worth it. Lynn was a gracious host, very responsive. I'd love to come back!”

”We had a great stay! This cottage was top notch! Very clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the location was great and the amenities covered everything. We worked out in the gym, used the bikes, got towels and chairs for the beach. The walk to the restaurants and shopping was so pleasant. Really loved being in the Vineyard and having the cottage made it even better. We would choose to stay here again the next time we come!”

”We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). ”Everything from the booking process to departure was seamless. The owner’s communication was always prompt. The property is exactly as pictured, very clean, and modern. The location was perfect because we were in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Definitely would book from the owner again.”

”We came to visit Cape Cod in Sept and we loved the location of this house. Even with all the rain that we got during our stay we could still look out the windows and see the beautiful ocean. we can not wait to come next year and hopefully enjoy the beach! the owner was easy to get ahold of (due to my stupidity of not reading the directions on where to park to get into the cottage). ”My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. ”The property was nice! Super location as it’s just steps away from the beach. Get to beach early or there’s no umbrellas available. They do a great job with setting up chairs on the beach. Hard workers! Beach bars are super convenient and bathrooms were clean. Tons to do all around. Nice restaurants, lots of shopping. Bummed to see some of the cute shops at marketplace aren’t there anymore. Still cute though. ”
