”This establishment smelled of lemon grass coming into the establishment, However when we checked into our room it smelled like mold. The shower had mold dots on it and the staff was annoyed by any questions that we had we did go down during the World Cup but customer service should have been better regardless of high volume”

”We found this gem while thumbing through the "Select Registry of Distinguished Inns of North America from 2010. This place is fantastic. We chose this Inn to celebrate out 44th anniversary. There were two other couples celebrating theirs also. We booked the Mozart room as the other rooms and cottages were taken. The decor takes you back to the turn of the 20th century as it was designed to do when it was built in the late 90's. There is a superb breakfast served. The Inn houses its own 5-star...

”Location! Location! Location! If you have a concert at Arlington music hall, this place is close and a very easy walk. There are many restaurants near by and things to do after the concert. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Biggest negative is the train. Property is right next to train tracks. But, if you listen to white noise or something else at night, you may not notice. ”

”The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room ”

”We arrived for 2 nights to watch the World Cup. It’s at the back of the stadium and very conveniently located BUT.
The bedrooms and that’s all the motel has, were awful. Our sheets were obviously left from the the guests the night before. The beds were half wrapped in plastic to prevent the bed bugs and as soon as we walked in we stepped on a live cockroach. We comment bear to stay there for a second so asked for our second night to be refunded and they did as I guess they have this problem all...
