”The air conditioner was broken and the blankets smell too strongly upstairs. The upstairs' furniture are too old and dusty.”

”The house was positioned very close a very busy and noisy downtown street. Although noise makers were provided, the bedrooms sit so close to the road you can hear cars drive by and sirens were very loud.”
